To request a change to your Semester One schedule, please click on the QR code shown below and complete the Google Form (while logged into your school account). Please provide detailed information about your request and plan to attend the class shown on your schedule until you receive confirmation of a change from your counselor. If you are missing a class, please come directly to the Counseling office to be seen.
